I totally believe some of the best locations take a different route to get to, like by boat! Don’t you agree?
I was so excited to see Larissa and Zach again as I pulled up to the boat dock. It had only been a year! (Insert some serious sarcasm because a year is way too long!) In celebration of their one year anniversary, we went boating down the Intracoastal Waterway near Atlantic Beach. Larissa and Zach had chosen the most perfect little island for their session. As we pulled up to the island, I sat in awe watching Larissa running back and forth helping Zach to anchor the boat. And all in a dress, y’all! That’s some serious wifey goals!
We spent the rest of the evening exploring the island. There was lots of snuggling, dancing in the sand, and maybe a makeout session or two. What? They’re newlyweds!
Of course, we couldn’t end the session without super romantic water pictures. I am always so excited when my couples are up for getting down and dirty. But totally in like a PG way! I’m not that kind of photographer!
And, just when I thought their session couldn’t get any sweeter, it totally did! As we were heading back to the dock, a pod of dolphins swam right by the boat! It was so precious seeing the excitement in Larissa’s face as the dolphins swam closer to us. Zach made sure to angle the boat so that Larissa could get a photo with the dolphins. Aren’t they the cutest?
Congratulations to these love birds on their first year as Mr. and Mrs. Liles. I cannot believe a year has flown by already!! I cannot wait to see what the rest of life has in store for y’all!
