One of my favorite parts of being a milestone photographer in Eastern NC is getting to watch families grow. This recent milestone session was especially meaningful because I’ve had the privilege of documenting several chapters of this family’s story.
I first met this family for their birth announcement session. Later, I photographed their maternity session as they prepared to welcome their little one. It feels impossible that we’re already celebrating nine months. Seeing them again and catching up on everything that’s happened since those early days was such a joy.
From Birth Announcement to Baby Milestones
One of the best parts of my job is building relationships with families over time. Being invited back to document another chapter of their story is always an honor.
Their baby was full of smiles, curiosity, and the sweetest expressions during this session. At nine months, so much personality starts to shine through. These are often the moments parents want to remember most.
